In other<br \/>\nwords, when you ask someone to do something, make sure to add to your request,<br \/>\n\u201cbut you are free\u201d to do otherwise.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">The<br \/>\nexact words don\u2019t matter, for example, the phrase \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spring.org.uk\/2013\/02\/the-one-really-easy-persuasion-technique-everyone-should-know.php\">But<br \/>\nobviously do not feel obliged<\/a>\u201d worked as well as \u201cbut you are free.\u201d What\u2019s<br \/>\nimportant is that people resist being forced to a singular choice.
