Postcard CabinsTM participate in the Loyalty Program as outlined below. A list of participating Postcard Cabins properties and effective dates of participation can be found here.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Points or Miles may be earned as described in Section 2.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Members may redeem Points as described in Section 3.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Members may receive benefits at Postcard Cabins as defined in Section 1 and 4, except for the following: Complimentary Enhanced Internet Access, Gift Shop Discount, Guaranteed Lounge Access, and 48-Hour Guaranteed Availability. Not all Postcard Cabins offer Complimentary In-Room Internet Access, refer to the individual Participating Property for more information.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Postcard Cabins participate in Marriott Bonvoy Events as described in Section 5.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-216684\" src=\"https:\/\/loyaltylobby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Guaranteed-Room-Type.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"1323\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-216685\" src=\"https:\/\/loyaltylobby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Platinum-Higher-Welcome-Elite-Gift.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"390\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-216686\" src=\"https:\/\/loyaltylobby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Ultimate-Reservation-Guarantee.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"1100\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>These Postcard Cabins have now been included in various guarantees.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ritz-Carlton<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Marriott has removed the following blurb:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>At The Ritz-Carlton, suites are only included for Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite Members<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Previously, Platinum members were excluded from the space available suite upgrades at Ritz-Carlton hotels, but that is no longer the case.<\/p>\n<p>Note that club access is NOT included for stays at Ritz-Carlton properties, regardless of your Bonvoy status (Platinum, Titanium &amp; Ambassador).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Marriott Bonvoy Events<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p>An Elite Member will not earn Elite bonus Points on special promotions or incentives, signing bonus, or additional Points awarded by a Participating Property for Qualifying Events.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Marriott has added the above notice to the Marriott Bonvoy Events earnings.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>When splitting Events, both Members will need to agree on earnings of either Points or Miles and should also determine what percentage of earnings each Member will receive.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And the one above, when there are more than one receiving points or miles for an event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Platinum member space available standard suite upgrades at Ritz-Carlton hotels now align with Marriott\u2019s other luxury brand, St. Regis, where this has been a member benefit since the SPG days.<\/p>\n<p>You must remember that Club Access is not an elite member benefit for stays at Ritz-Carlton, and unlike with St. Regis hotels, you cannot choose breakfast as the elite welcome amenity.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/loyaltylobby.com\/2025\/05\/14\/marriott-bonvoy-tcs-update-may-14-2025-ritz-carlton-postcard-cabins\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Source<\/a><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marriott has rolled out a May update (yes \u2013 they do these almost monthly) to the Terms and Conditions governing its Bonvoy guest loyalty program.
