It\u2019s part of their canned and draught lineup, and is part of their regular lineup. The name comes about from Saito-san, the head brewer, having learnt how to brew beer in New Zealand at Fork &amp; Brewer, from Kelly Ryan., and stems from the nickname that New Zealanders having given their country. Lots of passion fruit and pineapple came though in the nose from the start, with barely a whiff of malt sweetness present. The hops that took a hard turn to the left with some citrus notes permeating through, along the lines of grapefruit and lemon. <\/p>\n<p>As in the nose, there wasn\u2019t any discerinble malt profile to the beer, as it was all hops. The bitterness was lower than expected after smelling the beer, but there was just an initial punch of bitterness. The hops brought lashings of tropical and citrus notes, with passion fruit and pineapple from the former, and grapefruit and lemon in the latter.
