This hotspot in <strong>East Amsterdam<\/strong> will be transformed into a place where <strong>Kaagman &amp; Kortekaas enthusiasts<\/strong> can indulge themselves, with a focus on <strong>game<\/strong> and <strong>duck dishes<\/strong>. The Birdhouse offers a spacious venue with a modern interior featuring natural stone and wood, a touch of Scandinavian design, and a contemporary <strong>look and feel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for this pop-up is the renovation of <strong>Kaagman &amp; Kortekaas<\/strong>. After <strong>nine years<\/strong> in service, the venue deserved an upgrade. Over a few months, the kitchen and interior will be thoroughly revamped. However, with the addition of plenty of <strong>duck<\/strong> \u2013 because, as the name suggests, this is the focus of this new, temporary spot. The <strong>excellent wine list<\/strong> of <strong>Kaagman &amp; Kortekaas<\/strong> will also move to the temporary venue.
