My Review

One Cornish summer

with you is an easy summery read, set in a beautiful seaside town, packed with Secrets,

Romance, Mystery and friendship.

From the moment I

started reading I was transported into the Cornish harbour town, you felt like you were there, in this magical place amongst the characters.

I fell in love

with the characters and with plenty of twists and turns it kept me guessing, I struggled

to put the book down, kept turning the pages because I needed to find out what happened and felt myself hoping

that everything would turn out ok.

The characters felt like real true to life

people, you felt apart of their story and I smiled at the nicknames that Davey gave people, added a tad bit of

comedy to an already compelling read.

It was such a wonderfully written story that covered some sensitive subjects sympathetically. Makes you want to visit the Cornish coast and soak in the scenery and makes you look at things with a fresh perspective.

Thank you Netgalley, Random

House UK and Phillipa Ashley, for the opportunity to take a trip to Porthmellow,

it is a fantastic book that I would definitely recommend.
