This landmark initiative positions our state to compete and win in the global race for high-quality jobs, advanced manufacturing, and next-generation industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">At the heart of Powering Growth is a simple, powerful idea:\u00a0economic strength begins with energy strength. That\u2019s why we\u2019re investing in the infrastructure that powers everything\u2014from rural development to robotics, from advanced manufacturing to domestic reshoring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">What makes Alabama stand out with Powering Growth:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b\/><span class=\"s1\"><b>Proactive Planning<\/b>: We didn\u2019t wait for crisis or grid strain to act. Working with the Alabama Department of Commerce and the Alabama Growth Alliance as well as our energy providers, we commissioned a top-tier, independent study to guide our steps. The result is a strategic, data-backed energy blueprint tailored for long-term success.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b\/><span class=\"s1\"><b>Private-Sector Focused<\/b>: There are no massive government bureaucracies or tax hikes hiding in this plan.
