Image: 963323.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>SEOUL, South Korea,\u00a0May 8, 2025\u00a0\/PRNewswire\/ \u2014 Tire Bank Group has officially acquired a controlling stake in\u00a0<strong>Air Premia<\/strong>(CEO\u00a0Kim Jae-hyun,\u00a0Yoo Myung-sub), Korea\u2019s first long-haul hybrid airline, reinforcing its commitment to advancing the country\u2019s aviation industry on a global scale.<\/p>\n<p>On\u00a0April 30, 2025, Tire Bank Group signed a definitive agreement to acquire an additional 22% equity stake in Air Premia from JC SPC and Sono International. The airline currently operates seven Boeing 787-9 aircraft, with two additional aircraft set to be introduced later this year. Beginning\u00a0July 2, the carrier will launch a new route to\u00a0Honolulu, Hawaii\u00a0\u2013 its fourth scheduled destination in the\u00a0USA.
