April home sales for St. Paul, Minnesota, by neighborhood. Home prices continue to rise as the housing market remains contracted. Homeowners are reluctant to move up to higher monthly mortgage payments.<\/p>\n

Prices continue to climb as demand remains higher than the supply. We have been in a holding pattern for a couple of years as the housing market contracts.<\/p>\n
