Holden\u2019s Bottling has acquired South East Bottling\u2019s (SEB)\u00a0small\u00a0packaging operations, marking a strategic expansion of its small pack capabilities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The agreement sees SEB\u2019s entire small-pack packaging volume transferred to Holden\u2019s, further strengthening our position as a leading provider of high-quality bottling and canning solutions.<\/p>\n
Under the terms of the deal, Holden\u2019s will take over SEB\u2019s existing packaging business, ensuring a seamless transition for SEB\u2019s customers while maintaining the high standards of service they have come to expect. SEB, meanwhile, will focus on its core brewing operations, allowing both businesses to thrive in their respective areas of expertise.<\/p>\n

The agreement also represents a strategic opportunity for SEB to refine its business focus. SEB Managing Director,\u00a0Duncan Sambrook\u00a0commented: \u201cThis deal enables SEB to concentrate on what we do best\u2014brewing exceptional beer. <\/p>\n
\u201cTransitioning our packaging operations to Holden\u2019s Bottling ensures that our customers continue to receive high-quality service while allowing us to strengthen and expand our brewing capabilities. As part of the deal, Holden\u2019s will now be able to offer nitrogen dosing for beer products, enhancing product stability and mouthfeel, particularly for stouts and nitro-infused beverages. <\/p>\n
Additionally, Holden\u2019s will gain the capability to fill still can products, broadening its service offerings to include a wider range of drinks beyond carbonated beverages.<\/p>\n
SEB will continue to operate as a brewing specialist, with a long-term exclusive arrangement for Holden\u2019s to provide contract packaging for its small pack volumes. <\/p>\n
