While almost every state has made it illegal to text and drive, it still remains a growing issue. This number doesn&#8217;t even include the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230308083954\/https:\/\/www.simplyinsurance.com\/how-many-road-rage-fatalities-are-there-each-year\/\">30 road rage fatalities that happen each year\u00a0<\/a>with distracted driving being the initial start of the incidents.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-css=\"tve-u-1765470b7b2\"
