You know those drinkable yogurts? Kids used to love those. Maybe they still do. This weekend I made some of my own to have along with my meal packs for work. They came out pretty good. <\/p>\n

Raspberry Yogurt Drinks<\/p>\n

Servings: 5-6<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 tub plain, unsweetened yogurt. (I use So Delicious)<\/p>\n

raspberries, fresh or frozen <\/p>\n

1 kiwi, peel left on, ends cut off, diced<\/p>\n

1 tbsp chia <\/p>\n

1 scoop pea protein powder<\/p>\n

1\/4 to 1\/3 cup water<\/p>\n

  1. Start with 1\/4 cup water and add the other ingredients. Blend well. <\/li>\n
  2. Add the rest of the water if necessary and blend again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
