According to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wiwo.de\/downloads\/30290756\/8\/koalitionsvertrag-2025.pdf\">coalition agreement<\/a>, the LkSG shall be replaced with legislation implementing the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dir\/2024\/1760\/oj\">EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (<strong>CSDDD<\/strong><\/a>) in a bureaucracy-light and enforcement-friendly manner.
