He will be using traditional and modern cooking methods while utilising the region\u2019s wild plants, herbs, berries, and a selection of pickles and preserves.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his time at Seaham Hall, Damian worked at The Oakley Court in Windsor, The Idle Rocks Hotel in Cornwall, Danesfield House Hotel and Spa in Buckinghamshire, and The Old Vicarage Hotel &amp; Restaurant in Worfield.<\/p>\n<p>Only 16 seats are available in the intimate setting of Lord Crewe Arms\u2019 private dining area, The Gatehouse, for the event \u2013 with 75% of the proceeds set to be donated to charity. Tickets are \u00a375 per person for the four-course meal, complemented by a glass of English sparkling wine on arrival and coffee to conclude the evening.
