The strike will disrupt key services, including ground handling and cargo operations, affecting the travel plans of approximately 7,500 passengers. Due to the industrial action, Finnair has canceled approximately a hundred flights.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very sorry about the ongoing changes to our customers\u2019 travel plans due to these industrial actions,\u201d Jaakko Schildt, Finnair\u2019s Chief Operating Officer (COO), said in a company <a href=\"https:\/\/company.finnair.com\/en\/media-centre\/all-releases\/news?id=0E12E74A72614BD6\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"\">statement.<\/a><\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-leaderboard bn-1\"\/>\n<p>\u201cOur team is working diligently to offer alternative solutions to affected customers,\u201d the COO concluded.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>\n<p>Finnair ensured that passengers affected by cancellations would be notified and offered rebooking options. The airline also urged travelers to keep their contact information up to date to ensure timely communication.
