That\u2019s just what happened to current Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, after he posted a video asking for unofficial public commentary.<\/p>\n

In return, the 20th Transportation Secretary received over 13,000 responses from travelers areound the world with their own ideas. Arguably, the biggest gripe was re-considering the role of the Transportation Security Administration in air travel.<\/p>\n

After reimagining the TSA, another common complaint among travelers is making the experience more family friendly. Pointing to dedicated family lanes in other parts of the world, travelers asked for additional support to make flying with children easier.<\/p>\n

Others asked for additional regulation over airlines and the fees charged for the travel experience. Feedback included doing more to ensure families sit together and reducing ancillary fees, similar to what was introduced under the watch of previous secretary Pete Buttigieg<\/a>.<\/p>\n
