After hearing about Samra’s experience, I challenge you to take a moment to reach out and forge a new connection in your own community.

Whether it’s starting a conversation with a fellow artist, attending a local art event, or simply sharing your creative journey with someone new, take that first step. If you’re brave, whip out your business card and take the new contact to the next level.

If you are intimidated by any of this, please look into my Essentials for Artist Success classes. We don’t have just the lessons to ground you, we also have a vibrant, supportive community.

Share your brave steps in a comment below or with me on Instagram, where you’ll find me @alysonstanfield. And use the hashtag #artbizsuccess when you take action.
