They are being offered <strong>five-year rent deals for asylum housing<\/strong>, fully guaranteed, providing an appealing, low-risk option for property owners.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative will be detailed at a <strong>Serco event for migrant housing landlords<\/strong> scheduled next month in the Malvern Hills, aiming to recruit suitable properties quickly. The criteria? Landlords must be willing to commit their properties for at least five years, receiving guaranteed rental income throughout the term.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Political Debate Over Migrant Accommodation<\/h3>\n<p>The appeal has sparked intense political debate. Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp criticised the current Labour administration, asserting that the incentives provided to landlords surpass typical market rates.
