Chair of the firm’s Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Group and Co-Chair of the firm\u2019s Brand Management & Protection Group Andrew Lustigman<\/a> will participate in a telephonic CLE seminar entitled \u201cRemoving and Litigating Negative, Online Reviews & Social Media Law\u201d hosted by Rossdale CLE<\/a> on April 30 from 12:00 P.M. – 1:30 P.M. (EST). This comprehensive seminar will explore the latest technology, most relevant legal issues and practical solutions for clients, case law update, legal issues relating to soliciting clients on social media, counseling clients on online posts & reviews, and using social media in your law practice.
