This has prompted the airline to implement several potentially exciting changes. Notably, on short-haul intra-Europe flights SAS Plus will be upgraded to a new Business Class concept starting from <strong>October 1, 2025<\/strong>. Passengers can expect enhanced comfort and privacy, along with a revamped selection of food and beverages. Tickets will be available for booking from next month.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<h3><strong>SAS Plus Becomes SAS Business<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On European routes, SAS currently offers two cabin classes: SAS Go (Economy) and SAS Plus (a more premium option). From October 1, SAS Plus will officially be branded as SAS Business, featuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Physical Separation<\/strong>: The Business Class cabin will be separated from Economy by a curtain and an overhead divider.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seating Arrangements<\/strong>: In a 3-3 layout, the middle seat will remain empty for added comfort. In a 2-2 layout, the seating configuration will stay the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/SAS-nieuwe-Europese-Business-Class-3.jpg\" alt=\"SAS new European Business Class\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Enhanced Onboard Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Along with the upgraded cabin, SAS will enhance its in-flight service, offering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Priority Services<\/strong>: Access to priority check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding through SkyPriority.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Airport Lounge Access<\/strong>: More lounges than currently available for SAS Plus passengers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Dining Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The onboard dining experience will also see significant improvements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Premium Meal Service<\/strong>: Meals will be served on porcelain tableware with metal cutlery, featuring a salad, a changing main course, and dessert, accompanied by crackers and butter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drink Selection<\/strong>: The drink menu will remain similar to the current SAS Plus offering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/SAS-nieuwe-Europese-Business-Class-1.jpg\" alt=\"SAS new European Business Class meal service\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Tickets for the new SAS Business Class will be available for purchase starting <strong>May 6, 2025<\/strong>, via the SAS website, app, or platforms like <a class=\"\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/tc.tradetracker.net\/?c=20485&amp;m=12&amp;a=383937&amp;r=&amp;u=%2F\" target=\"_blank\">Momondo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/SAS-nieuwe-Europese-Business-Class-4.jpg\" alt=\"SAS new European Business Class drink\"\/><\/figure>\n<p><em>Photo source: SAS<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- \/ .entry-content --><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- \/ .entry-share --><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<!-- \/ .entry-footer --><\/p><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last year, SAS officially joined the SkyTeam alliance.
