Prioritizing relationships and teamwork, their goal is to create a vibrant ecosystem where directors can truly excel as dynamic contributors on their own productions and as co-creators for the collective benefit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--kg-card-end: html--><!--kg-card-begin: html--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur nautical motif kind of merges the concepts of &#8220;life at sea&#8221; with &#8220;being a total babe,\u201d which we thought was fun, funny, and true of our ambitions.\u202f The way we look at it is this: We offer the fun and adventure of a pirate ship, along with the many comforts of a pleasure cruise,\u201d states Keith Norman.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--kg-card-end: html--><!--kg-card-begin: html--><!--kg-card-end: html--><!--kg-card-begin: html--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe take the work seriously, but ourselves decidedly less so,\u201d Kipp Norman adds. \u201cThe thing I&#8217;ve always loved most about filmmaking is that it&#8217;s a team sport &#8211; it comes down to people, and their abilities to lift one another up throughout the process. Our intention is to create a place where we can rise together. Dreamboat means traveling to new places with people who share that same sense of adventure.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--kg-card-end: html--><!--kg-card-begin: html--><\/p>\n<p>Exemplifying this sentiment is their inaugural Dreamboat production: <a href=\"https:\/\/app.frame.io\/reviews\/30656460-e3c3-4897-90f0-6d2675e6c468\/76e5df2c-e6d9-4964-834d-6f9acd1ade22?ref=adland.tv\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a collaboration with Deep Eddy Vodka and agency McGarrah Jessee<\/a>. Staying true to their belief in collaboration and partnering with the right people, Dreamboat united a team that included director Jessica Batson, who the Dreamboat team knew through her celebrated short film &#8220;Exquisite Things.&#8221; The result is a spot that is imaginative, vibrant, and joyful.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--kg-card-end: html--><!--kg-card-begin: html--><!--kg-card-end: html--><!--kg-card-begin: html--><\/p>\n<p>Long-time partners, EP Peter Williams and The Norman Brothers have been a part of campaigns for State Farm, Anheuser-Busch, Kraft, Nintendo, Porsche, Subway, Floor &amp; Decor. Williams notes, \u201cWe always strive for the kind of collaboration that comes from really listening and asking meaningful questions. It\u2019s about being additive versus competing over ideas, to create an environment where people get enjoyment out of the process.
