While Johnson Brothers is acquiring Maverick\u2019s operations in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Florida, Maverick\u2019s businesses in Minnesota and Illinois are not part of the deal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike Johnson Brothers, Maverick has a phenomenal reputation for building premium portfolios with execution and accountability,\u201d said Michael Johnson, Johnson Brothers\u2019 chairman. \u201cThe Maverick acquisition is a priority for our long-term growth, and we look forward to building on their outstanding success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is Johnson Brothers\u2019 second expansion this month, following the acquisition of Albemarle Distributing Company\u2019s wine business in the eastern part of North Carolina.
