These services will continue to provide predictive and prognostic maintenance insights.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis enables all parts of the digital portfolio to focus on their strengths,\u201d said Chris Raymond, President and CEO of Boeing Global Services. \u201cOur commitment to meeting our customers\u2019 needs is unwavering as we move forward with our core products and services to support their fleets.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-leaderboard bn-1\"\/>\n<p>Approximately 3,900 employees work within Boeing\u2019s Digital Aviation Solutions division, including staff from both the retained and divested parts of the business. Boeing and Thoma Bravo said they are coordinating to manage the transition for employees and fulfill customer obligations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thoma Bravo, which manages over $179 billion in assets, stated that the acquired businesses have growth potential.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith a heritage dating back to the 1930s, Jeppesen has been at the forefront of technological innovation for nearly a century,\u201d said Holden Spaht, Managing Partner at Thoma Bravo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-leaderboard bn-2\"\/>\n<p>The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Boeing has entered into a definitive agreement to sell several assets from its Digital Aviation Solutions business to Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm.
