\nI have always love anything green tea and matcha and it’s no surprise that I love the Korean O’Sulloc Green Tea Milk spread. However, it’s really costly here in Singapore, selling at $18.90 for a 200g small bottle! <\/p>\n

As I like my spread to be thick on toast, one small bottle does not last and is usually consumed within a day by my family of 4. Thus, I decided to make my own and am happy with the result as the taste is not far from the original. It is really simple as all you need is 4 ingredients and cooking is done within 30 minutes, easy peasy right? <\/p>\n

Here below, I’ve shared both methods of cooking over the stove as well as cooking using the Thermomix. I love the Thermomix method as I can set the timing and temperature and leave it to cook while I walk away to do other stuffs and need not stand in front of the stove to stir constantly for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

\n200g dairy whipping cream \u52a8\u7269\u6027\u9c9c\u5976\u6cb9 (>35% fat \u8102\u80aa\uff09<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

\n100g full cream fresh milk \u5168\u8102\u9c9c\u5976<\/span><\/p>\n

\n30g sugar \u7cd6 (I used organic raw sugar, \u6211\u7528\u6709\u673a\u539f\u8517\u7cd6\uff09<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

\n10g Uji matcha powder \u4e8e\u6cbb\u62b9\u8336\u7c89\u00a0<\/i>(or any premium matcha powder \u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u4f18\u8d28\u62b9\u8336\u7c89\uff09<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOver Stove Method \u706b\u7089\u716e\u6cd5 \uff1a<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\n1. In a pot, warm up 50g milk before sifting in matcha powder. Use a hand whisk to stir until fully dissolved, smooth and no clots. \u00a0<\/span>
1. \u5728\u9505\u91cc\uff0c\u5148\u52a0\u70ed50\u6beb\u5347\u725b\u5976\uff0c\u518d\u7b5b\u5165\u62b9\u8336\u7c89\uff0c\u7528\u624b\u6253\u86cb\u5668\u6405\u62cc\u81f3\u987a\u6ed1\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u51dd\u5757\u3002<\/span>

\n2. Stir in remaining milk, whipping cream and sugar. B<\/span>ring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly for 20 minutes until mixture thickens.<\/span>
2. \u52a0\u5165\u5269\u4f59\u725b\u5976\uff0c\u9c9c\u5976\u6cb9\u548c\u7cd6\uff0c<\/span>\u5145\u5206\u6405\u62cc\u5747\u5300\u716e\u81f3<\/span>\u6cb8\u817e<\/span>\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0d<\/span>\u65ad\u5730\u6405\u62cc20\u5206\u949f<\/span>\u81f3\u6d53\u7a20\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/span>

\n3. After cooking is done, pour into a glass container.<\/span>

<\/span>4. Green tea milk spread will thickened when cooled down. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Texture will hardened when chill, leave in room temperature to softened before consuming.\u00a0<\/span>

\n1. Put whipping cream, milk, sugar and matcha powder into the TM bowl. Select Time: 20 mins, Temperature: 120<\/span>\u00b0C, Speed 3, place simmering basket instead of MC on lid.\u00a0<\/span>
