{"id":198454,"date":"2025-04-22T10:15:41","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T10:15:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/altcoin\/solana-rival-sui-gearing-up-for-major-breakout-according-to-macro-guru-raoul-pal\/"},"modified":"2025-04-22T10:15:41","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T10:15:41","slug":"solana-rival-sui-gearing-up-for-major-breakout-according-to-macro-guru-raoul-pal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=198454","title":{"rendered":"Solana Rival SUI Gearing Up for Major Breakout, According to Macro Guru Raoul Pal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Former Goldman Sachs executive Raoul Pal believes that one Solana (<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyhodl.com\/currencies\/solana\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SOL<\/a>) competitor looks to be in a position for a massive breakout.<\/p>\n<p>Pal <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RaoulGMI\/status\/1914116135580274879\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tells<\/a> his 1.1 million followers on the social media platform X that the Tom DeMark (TD) Sequential Indicator is flashing bullish for the layer-1 platform Sui (<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyhodl.com\/currencies\/sui\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SUI<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Traders use the TD Sequential Indicator to predict potential trend reversals for tokens based on the closing prices of their previous nine or 13 bars or candles.<\/p>\n<p>He also suggests that SUI is on the verge of breaking out of a downward channel, a bearish pattern indicating that the asset is forming lower highs and lower lows.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSui: knock, knocking, knocking on heaven\u2019s door.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 1199px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/GpBN9lYWMAAmb74?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" width=\"1199\" height=\"801\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: Raoul Pal\/X<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Other analysts are also suggesting SUI may be gearing up for an explosive move.<\/p>\n<p>Pseudonymous trader Cheds<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/BigCheds\/status\/1914119383380635841\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> says<\/a> if SUI can break through its immediate resistance, it may start printing significant rallies.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c$2.50 overhead is a long trigger.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, crypto trader Micha\u00ebl van de Poppe <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CryptoMichNL\/status\/1912913194529726774\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tells<\/a> his 783,900 followers on the social media platform X that Sui is gaining adoption as a decentralized finance (DeFi) network, including for Bitcoin (<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyhodl.com\/currencies\/bitcoin\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BTC<\/a>) staking and lending, referred to as Bitcoin DeFi (BTCfi). He also suggests SUI is bouncing off a key support level on the three-day chart.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOnce the markets are turning back into an uptrend, the money will flow back into the ones that have shown strength. SUI is one of them. It\u2019s a great spot to investigate SUI: <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>BTCFi is quickly growing fast as 10% of TVL (Total Value Locked) going through SUI. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>DeFi on SUI is in the top six of all chains. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Nearly $6 billion in trading volume on DeFi in the past month. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>I think it can do really well in the upcoming cycle.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/GouajuAWUAADuXj?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"468\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: Micha\u00ebl van de Poppe\/X<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lastly, the financial giant VanEck <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaneck.com\/us\/en\/blogs\/digital-assets\/matthew-sigel-vanecks-10-crypto-predictions-for-2025\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">predicted<\/a> SUI will soar more than 358% from its current value.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe believe the crypto bull market will persist through 2025, reaching its first peak in the first quarter. At the cycle\u2019s apex, we project Bitcoin to be valued at around $180,000, with Ethereum (ETH) trading above $6,000.
