You can sort the customer tables alphabetically, by value, by code or by outstanding balance with a click, so it\u2019s easy for you to get everything you need to see on screen.<\/p>\n<p>Just getting set up? We\u2019ve added a new import button to the top of the dashboard so you can get all of your facts and figures into KashFlow without having to navigate through the app. It\u2019s an intuitive addition that should get you going in less time than ever.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"643\" height=\"310\" class=\"wp-image-81199 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kashflow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Customer-Dashboard.png\" alt=\"Customer dashboard.\" style=\"float:none;margin:0 auto; display:block;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Within the Customer and Supplier areas themselves, we\u2019ve refined the layout so that the information you need is more clearly displayed and easier to edit.<\/p>\n<p>You can also now add a delivery address by default, just by ticking the relevant box.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer and Supplier areas also now have a number of tabs for easier navigation, including \u201cOptions\u201d, \u201cTransactions\u201d and \u201cEnvelopes and Forms\u201d. You can learn about each of these by logging in and playing around with the software.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"607\" height=\"294\" class=\"wp-image-81200 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kashflow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Company-Details.png\" alt=\"Company details.\" style=\"float:none;margin:0 auto; display:block;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The next feature is one you\u2019ve been waiting for, and we\u2019re very excited to deliver. You can now add multiple contacts to your customer or supplier record, and allow them to receive invoices.<\/p>\n<p>With 450 votes in KashFlow Canvass, this is an update we\u2019re proud to deliver to our customers and one that will make your day-to-day use of KashFlow more than before.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"668\" height=\"322\" class=\"wp-image-81202 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kashflow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Primary-Contact-1.png\" alt=\"Primary contact\" style=\"float:none;margin:0 auto; display:block;\"\/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"668\" height=\"322\" class=\"wp-image-81203 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kashflow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Additional-Contact.png\" alt=\"Additional Contact\" style=\"float:none;margin:0 auto; display:block;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>For each customer or supplier, we\u2019ve also redesigned how transactions are displayed so that they\u2019re now all in one table. Again, you can choose how to filter and sort your data so you\u2019re getting to see what you need to.<\/p>\n<p>At a glance, you\u2019ll be able to see your key figures across the dashboard \u2013 including \u201cTotal Invoiced\u201d, \u201cAmount Due\u201d and \u201cAmount Overdue\u201d. From here, you can scroll down and sort through the data to find what you\u2019re looking for in a matter of seconds \u2013 with a clear sign as to what\u2019s overdue, paid and part-paid.<\/p>\n<p>When you need to, you can also email CSVs directly from this page \u2013 again cutting down your navigation through the app and streamlining the most common jobs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"677\" height=\"327\" class=\"wp-image-81205 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kashflow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Transactions.png\" alt=\"Transactions\" style=\"float:none;margin:0 auto; display:block;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>One final feature we want to draw attention to is the new action menu on the customer and supplier dashboard, as well as on the customer\u2019s transaction tab.\u00a0 The action menu helps you carry out your most frequent tasks in just one click.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"685\" height=\"331\" class=\"wp-image-81208 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kashflow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Invoices.png\" alt=\"Invoices\" style=\"float:none;margin:0 auto; display:block;\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s next?<\/h2>\n<p>After testing these changes with our customers, we were pleased to find that 89% of BETA testers said these refinements will improve the way they currently use KashFlow.
