We recently had a client interested in not one, but two properties listed by the same agent. Our offers were solid \u2013 close to asking price, with great terms. However, the listing agent wasn&#8217;t budging, insisting on all-cash offers at full price. Fast forward a few weeks, and those properties are still sitting on the market.<\/p>\n<p>In situations like these, it&#8217;s hard not to point fingers. Was it the seller&#8217;s decision, or did the listing agent drop the ball?
