It\u2019s packed with nutrients thanks to the fiber-rich spinach and salmon, a fantastic source of omega-3s.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll need to make this creamy spinach and salmon soup for baby:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>For one serving (about 180 g \/ 6.3 oz):<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>120 g (4.2 oz) fresh baby spinach<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>80 g (2.8 oz) potato (about 1 small potato)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>10 g (0.35 oz) fresh salmon fillet<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 tablespoon of heavy cream<\/strong> (or cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation of the creamy soup<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peel the potato and cut it into slices.<\/li>\n<li>Wash the fresh baby spinach thoroughly. Don\u2019t hesitate to rinse the leaves in several baths of water, spinach often has sand and soil that\u2019s hard to remove!<\/li>\n<li>Rinse the salmon under cold running water.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steaming<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steam the potato slices together with the baby spinach for <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>When there are <strong>6 minutes left<\/strong>, add the small piece of salmon (skinless and boneless). Blend in short pulses.<\/li>\n<li>When the soup reaches the desired texture, pour it into a small bowl and stir in the tablespoon of <strong>cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Shred the salmon separately using a fork (depending on baby\u2019s ability to handle small chunks, you can also blend everything together if needed), then place the <strong>shredded salmon<\/strong> on top of the soup.
