In this article, we will explore some of the key terms and concepts that are essential for understanding forex trading.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parity in Forex Trading<br \/><\/strong>In forex trading, a \u201cparity\u201d refers to the value of one currency in terms of another. For example, if the exchange rate between the US dollar (USD) and the Euro (EUR) is 1.10, it means that 1 USD is equivalent to 1.10 EUR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trading in Forex<br \/><\/strong>Forex trading involves the buying and selling of currency pairs with the aim of making a profit.
