Having never flown with this airline before, I was eager to see what it was like. Here\u2019s my detailed review of the economy flight.<\/p>\n<h2>Air Serbia Check-in and Boarding<\/h2>\n<p>The check-in process was initially a bit slow. The Air Serbia website was not very clear on where to check in, which caused some confusion. However, once I figured it out, the rest of the process was smooth. After enjoying breakfast in the <strong>Privium lounge<\/strong> and grabbing an AmEx lounge box at <strong>Grab&amp;Go<\/strong>, it was time to board. My flight departed from gate <strong>E4<\/strong>, which was about a five-minute walk from the lounge.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review2-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Air Serbia Boarding\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>At the gate, it was quite busy, but boarding proceeded smoothly after a short wait.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review1-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Air Serbia Queue\"\/><\/figure>\n<h2>Seat on the Airbus A320<\/h2>\n<p>My flight was operated by an <strong>Airbus A320<\/strong>, which accommodates a total of <strong>170 passengers<\/strong>. Eight seats are reserved for business class, which consists of economy seats with the middle seat blocked.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2025-04-14-22.05.07.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55797\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>The economy section was quite full, and the crew assisted passengers with luggage placement in the overhead compartments.<\/p>\n<p>The seat was fine, but unlike the seats on the next flight, they could not be moved back by pressing a button on the side rest.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review9-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Air Serbia Seat\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>After a brief delay of about 10 minutes, we finally took off from Schiphol.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review8-1024x768-1-600x450.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55798\"\/><\/figure>\n<h2>Air Serbia Onboard Service<\/h2>\n<p>About 20 minutes after take-off, the crew distributed sandwiches and bottles of water. Now I have to say that the sandwich was not of the highest quality, but it was edible and complimentary<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review10-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Air Serbia Sandwich\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>For those wanting more, a menu is available for ordering additional food and drinks. I opted not to order anything, as I had my AmEx lounge box with me.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review11-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Air Serbia Menu\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>After approximately 2.5 hours of flying, we began our descent into Belgrade, arriving with a slight delay.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review12-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Air Serbia Arrival\"\/><\/figure>\n<h2>Temporary Business Lounge Belgrade<\/h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Priority Pass<\/strong> member through my <strong>American Express Platinum<\/strong> card, I had access to the temporary Business Lounge while waiting for my connecting flight. Belgrade Airport is undergoing extensive renovations, which has temporarily relocated the lounge to the A-gates.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review14-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Temporary Lounge\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Despite the temporary setup, it provided a quiet space to relax.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review19-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Lounge Seating\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>The food and drink options were basic, reflecting the temporary nature of the lounge.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review17-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Lounge Food\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Belgrade Airport processed over <strong>8.3 million passengers<\/strong> last year, and the renovations aim to accommodate even more in the future.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insideflyer.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Air-Serbia-Airbus-A319-Economy-Review20-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Belgrade Renovations\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>In conclusion, my experience with Air Serbia was largely positive, despite some minor hiccups.
