My friend, Marie, bought me this premium 100% pure Strawberry Powder from Taiwan some time ago and I have used it to make this simple 4 ingredients Strawberry Ice-Cream. My teenager commented that it tasted like Hagaan Dazs Strawberry ice-cream when she took her first mouthful. Indeed it does and it’s awfully delicious! Homemade ice-cream is pretty simple to make with just 4 ingredients and most important it is free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. \u00a0<\/span>

30g 100% pure premium strawberry powder \u7eaf\u5929\u7136\u7279\u7ea7\u8349\u8393\u7c89<\/span>

\n1. Warm up 120ml milk and dissolve sugar completely in milk before putting in the strawberry powder. Stir and mix well together.\u00a0<\/span>

2. Put the\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/span>remaining milk and whipping cream<\/span>\u00a0into the ice-cream maker tin, followed by the strawberry milk mixture. <\/span>Mix well before chilling in the freezer for one hour. (If you do not own an ice-cream maker, put the combined mixture into a freezer safe container and place it in the freezer. Remove every 1 hour to stir with a fork, repeat for 4~5 times as this will improve the texture and prevents the ice-cream from being icy. You may eat it like soft serve or frozen hard. )\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span>
