Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, it\u2019s interesting to see how versatile the distillery\u2019s spirit style is.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fe637fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4fe637fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSpiced orchard fruits and caramelised icing sugar. Apple crumble and vanilla ice-cream, toasted oak soaking in tinned peaches, cooked honey, and a whisp of peat smoke and charred cinnamon sticks.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31ff4ce8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"31ff4ce8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCrisp green apple with some creeping sourness, orange and clove pomanders. The spices transform into a rolling creaminess, chocolate and toffee cookies, and the cooked honey returns too. The light peat is neatly hidden behind toasted oak notes and baking spices.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ef5d6dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ef5d6dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA light finish, but the sensation of delicate spice lingers. Not as dry as I expected but equally as morish.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67f9614e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"67f9614e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs big as the distillery is, it\u2019s fantastic to see it continues to be playful and experiment with its whisky, especially with its core range releases.
