Spanish airline Iberia has won three prestigious awards, recognised internationally, for its onboard services. The awards cover all aspects of the airline, from the interior of its aircraft to the food and drink services provided.<\/p>\n

The PAX International Award Won by Iberia<\/h2>\n

This first award is no stranger to Iberia<\/a> given that it is the airline\u2019s second year of achieving it; more specifically, it is PAX International\u2019s<\/a> \u2018Best Inflight Service in Europe 2025\u2019 award.<\/p>\n

PAX International Magazine\u2019s readers, which include 15,500 experts in aviation, had the opportunity to vote for who they thought was worthy of winning this award. Iberia\u2019s use of high quality raw materials for its dishes, as well as an array of exciting in-flight entertainment, made it the firm favourite to win.<\/p>\n

Editor of PAX International Magazine, Aijaz Khan, explained this award further:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe PAX International Awards are an excellent platform to recognize the dedication and innovation that propel the industry forward. From catering and technology to in-flight services, these awards highlight advancements that enhance the passenger experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Onboard Hospitality Awards Won by Iberia<\/h2>\n

The second and third awards, courtesy of Onboard Hospitality Magazine<\/a>, highlight the dedication and excellence of Iberia\u2019s interior design and food and drink choices. These are the \u201cGold for the best cabin interior concept\u201dand \u201cAward for the best short-haul tourist menu\u201d awards.<\/p>\n

The A321XLR aircraft\u2019s cabin concept received a lot of praise in previous months, particularly when it came to being recognised as sustainable. This came to light by the industry of leading experts who supported Onboard Hospitality Magazine in selecting a winner for these awards.<\/p>\n

Iberia\u2019s Customer Experience Director, Paula Lafora, had this to say:<\/p>\n

\u201cReceiving these awards demonstrates our constant commitment to customer service. In November 2024 we were the first airline in the world to use the A321XLR, a new model of narrow-body aircraft, but with range to make transoceanic flights. It was a challenge to create the best inflight experience for our customers, and this award is recognition of the tremendous work done by all the airline\u2019s teams to make it possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
