It\u2019s part of their canned and draught lineup, though its availability is unknown at the time of writing though it was released in December 2024. The beer uses locally made honey, provided by their neighbors at the Kasadera Mitsubachi Project. It was perhaps a bit sweeter than your usual golden ale, but it wasn\u2019t cloying, nor overpowering. In fact, the honey probably helped to accentuate the earthy, and floral, hoppy aroma on the beer.<\/p>\n<p>The body began with a light bitterness, though it was quickly chased away by the sweetness from the honey and the malts. A light floral note flowed through the beer, with a lingering residual sweetness present during drinking.
