By now, the stools have (partly) been replaced by slightly more comfortable versions, but the <strong>slightly chaotic terrace<\/strong> of Twee Prinsen remains iconic.<\/p>\n<p>Since early 2022, this caf\u00e9 has become a household name in the city. <strong>Locals and day-trippers<\/strong> just can\u2019t seem to stay away. And who could blame them? In and around this corner building on the intersection of Prinsenstraat and Prinsengracht, the sun always seems to shine. And if it really doesn\u2019t, you can sit <strong>cosily inside<\/strong> with a glass of red and perhaps a board game.<\/p>\n<p>The interior of Twee Prinsen is <strong>bright and full of wood accents<\/strong>. It has a vibe of a <strong>traditional brown caf\u00e9 meets wine bar<\/strong>, but in its most modern form. All in all, it\u2019s a snug yet inviting spot. If you\u2019re here for an extended aperitif, you certainly won\u2019t leave hungry. In fact, the menu satisfies the appetite enough that you won\u2019t need dinner elsewhere. What do they serve? A rotating menu that includes <strong>sourdough (baguette), sardines, butter beans in red sauce, rillettes, cime di rapa<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n<p>Besides wines by the glass, they offer an <strong>extensive bottle list<\/strong>, which the staff gladly fetch from the cellar with care.
