The 4<sup>th<\/sup> of July Fruit Tart is delicious any time of year! It gets its name from the color of the summer fruits that decorate its top. The combination of the sweetness from the berries to the creamy texture of the avocado make this desert a delight. Dairy-free and naturally sweetened, it\u2019s a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without overdoing the sugar and fat.<\/p>\n<h2>How to make 4th of July Fruit Tart<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Nonstick cooking spray<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sliced almonds<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup mashed DOLE\u00ae Avocado<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd tablespoons honey<\/li>\n<li>1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 container (5.3 ounces) vanilla almond milk yogurt alternative<\/li>\n<li>2 DOLE\u00ae Bananas, cut into thirds<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons powdered gelatin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sliced DOLE\u00ae Strawberries<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup DOLE\u00ae Blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Allergens: Tree Nuts<\/p>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Spray 9-inch tart pan or round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Process almonds and coconut in food processor 30 seconds or until fine crumbs form.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk avocado and honey in a medium bowl; stir in oats, \u00bd teaspoon cinnamon and almond-coconut mixture. Press into bottom and up sides of prepared pan; bake 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Pur\u00e9e yogurt, bananas, vanilla extract and remaining \u00bd teaspoon cinnamon in a blender on high 1 minute or until smooth; transfer to medium bowl. Makes about 1\u00bc cups.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons cold water in a cup; let stand 5 minutes. Heat almond milk in small saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until hot; whisk in gelatin mixture until dissolved, then whisk into yogurt mixture. Pour filling into crust; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange strawberries and blueberries on top of tart; cut into 8 slices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Tips &amp; tricks<\/h3>\n<p>To make this recipe vegetarian, simply use agar-agar in place of the gelatin and increase the standing time in step 4 to 8 minutes.
