The police are pursuing charging authority against the mentioned managers for &#8216;attempting to pervert the course of justice&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the pilot union BALPA&#8217;s lack of support for the original case at trial and the CAA&#8217;s involvement in concealing the case, the police only became aware of the details through the release of the book entitled Pulling Wings From Butterflies.
