This hop-heavy IPA is brewed with dark malt so that it pours black with a surprising punch of bitterness balanced by smooth malty character.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A trick to the taste buds, Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Black IPA features unmistakable piney and orange-raspberry hop character perfectly complemented by warm notes of coffee and chocolate. On the nose \u2013 aromas of coffee, black currant and chocolate from the malt, layered with pine, citrus and tropical fruit. As its name implies, it pours black with a light tan head but don\u2019t be deceived! It serves up an IPA-worthy dose of bitterness. It is as unique in style as it is memorable flavor.<\/p>\n

Stone\u2019s persistent troop of mighty fans revived this 2007 favorite. A short scroll through Stone\u2019s Instagram confirms the sheer volume of \u201cBRING BACK SSR\u201d comments. After a special release return in 2021, Stone agrees it\u2019s time to say \u201cOK\u201d once more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
