    Preheat your oven to 425 F<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Melt the butter and shred the cheese. Set aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne<\/p>\n

    pepper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Add the shredded cheese and toss to combine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Last, add the melted butter and the sourdough discard. Mix until everything is just<\/p>\n

    incorporated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Using a 1\u20444 cup scoop, scoop the batter and drop onto a half-size sheet pan lined with<\/p>\n

    parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Makes 10-12 drop biscuits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Bake for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Mix together all ingredients for the topping and brush all over the hot biscuits. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
