1 tsp turmeric powder<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1000ml water<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2 Tbsp fine sugar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Melted chocolate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Method:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.Dough: Add all ingredients into a
\nmixing bowl fitted with a dough hook. Knead till the dough is soft &
\nelastic. Divide into 2 portions. Knead in red yeast & turmeric powder
\nrespectively. Divide both dough into 4 portions. For each tumeric dough, remove
\n6g for pooh ears. Rest the dough for 10mins<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Roll out one red yeast &
\nturmeric dough into a rectabgle. Overlap slightly & roll dough up like a
\nswiss roll. Press one end of the dough flat with a rolling pin. Then bring both
\nends together & cover the edge with pressed side. Roll the extra turmeric
\ndough into rounds as ears. Proof for 30mins<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Placed dough into boiling syrup
\nfor 30secs, then flip over the other side for another 30secs. Placed them back
\non baking tray<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Bake in a preheated oven @ 180C
\nfor 5mins, then 140C for 10mins<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Use melted chocolate to draw
