But the first one is always the hardest says LiveRamp&#8217;s Tim Norris-Wiles, and technology has moved on a lot even just over the past year. So perceptions that some advertisers have around the difficulty of using data for targeting and measurement in CTV are just that: perceptions.<\/p>\n<p>In this interview, Norris-Wiles also discusses the mix of advertisers he&#8217;s seeing investing in CTV, and some of the most interesting use cases for data in CTV.
