After 14 years as a cornerstone of Melbourne\u2019s cocktail scene, The Everleigh has poured its final drink. The award-winning bar, located on Gertrude Street, announced its closure on Instagram, marking the end of an era for one of the city\u2019s most admired drinking institutions.<\/p>\n

A beacon of timeless hospitality, The Everleigh was Australia\u2019s only official outpost of Milk & Honey, New York, carrying forward the legacy of the late Sasha Petraske, a pioneer of modern cocktail culture. Known for its particular yet unpretentious approach, the bar set the standard for precision and style.<\/p>\n
