Author K\u014dhei Azano<\/a><\/cite> stated in his afterword in the 17th Tokyo Ravens<\/a><\/cite><\/cite> light novel volume that he plans to end the series in the next volume. The 17th volume shipped on March 19.<\/p>\n

The school supernatural fantasy light novel series centers around Harutora, a boy from a branch of the Tsuchimikado family of onmy\u014dd\u014d<\/i> occult practitioners. However, he lacks the ability to see spirit energy, so he is now just an ordinary high school student. Natsume, a girl who was Harutora’s childhood friend and the next head of the Tsuchimikado family, reunites with Harutora and changes his future.<\/p>\n

Azano launched the Tokyo Ravens<\/cite><\/cite> light novel series in May 2010 with illustrations by Sumihei<\/a><\/cite>. The light novel series inspired a 24-episode television anime<\/a> in 2013. FUNimation Entertainment<\/a><\/cite> streamed<\/a> the series as it aired in Japan, and also released the series on home<\/a> video<\/a> in North America.<\/p>\n

Atsushi Suzumi<\/a><\/cite> (Venus Versus Virus<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>, Nightmare Go Round<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>) launched a manga adaptation in Kadokawa<\/a><\/cite>‘s Monthly Sh\u014dnen Ace<\/a><\/cite><\/cite> magazine in 2010, and ended<\/a> it in July 2017. Kadokawa<\/cite> published the manga’s 15th and final<\/a> compiled book volume in September 2017.<\/p>\n

Other manga adaptations of the Tokyo Ravens<\/cite><\/cite> light novels include Tokyo Ravens: Tokyo Fox<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>, Tokyo Ravens: Sword of Song<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>, Tokyo Ravens: Red and White<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>, Tokyo Ravens: ANOTHER\u00d7holiday<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>, and Tokyo Ravens: Girls Photograph<\/a><\/cite><\/cite>.<\/p>\n
