Rest on a wire rack.\n        <\/li>\n<li id=\"step-5\">In another pan, put in olive oil and&#13;<br \/>\nsaut\u00e9 onion until translucent adding garlic and stiring for 2 minutes on low&#13;<br \/>\nheat.\u00a0 Add in tomato passata and sugar&#13;<br \/>\nand gently simmer for 5-7 minutes.
