This largely matches my own experience using LLMs for search-related things: you just cannot trust it. Now, how wrong are the answers people finding using more traditional search engines is an interesting question I don\u2019t know the answer to, but <a href=\"https:\/\/downloads.webis.de\/publications\/papers\/bevendorff_2024a.pdf?utm_campaign=Marketing%2520Blog%2520Weekly%2520Email%2520Sends&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_content=291208537&amp;utm_source=hs_email\">this study suggests that even regular Google results<\/a> are worse than they used to be. Not great. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bubblewrap bubblewrap--second\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Richard Scarry and the art of children\u2019s literature<\/h2>\n<p>Chris Ware (<a product-id=\"0375424334\" href=\"https:\/\/prf.hn\/click\/camref:1101lkCeo\/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thriftbooks.com%2Fw%2Fbuilding-stories_chris-ware%2F9652676%2F\" target=\"_blank\" butter=\"butter\" nofollow=\"nofollow\" title=\"Buy from Thriftbooks\" data-title=\"Building Stories\" data-publisher=\"Pantheon\" data-releasedate=\"2012-10-02\" data-ean=\"9780375424335\" data-asin=\"0375424334\" data-author=\"Ware, Chris\" class=\"butter\" rel=\"noopener\">Building Stories<\/a>) offers <a href=\"https:\/\/yalereview.org\/article\/chris-ware-richard-scarry\">a lovely and informative appreciation of Richard Scarry on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of <em>Cars and Trucks and Things That Go<\/em><\/a> that turns into a miniature history of children\u2019s books moving from luxury gift items to the everyday objects we have come to now. This actually caused a mild panic at Random House when What Do People Do All Day? was being published, with the staff asking: Shouldn\u2019t it be called What Do Animals Do All Day? I don\u2019t think that\u2019s true anymore. This one is a regular rewatch for me, with McFayden, Sutherland, Knightley, and Pike being the repeat draws (though Tom Hollander\u2019s Mr. Collins and Dame Dench\u2019s Lady Catherine being wonderful villians to hate). The book will always be primary for me, but I have to admit that film can do things that books sometimes can\u2019t, and for me there is no better example than McFayden\/Darcy\u2019s hand flex in the climactic meeting with Lizzy.
