{"id":141997,"date":"2025-03-18T16:58:57","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T16:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/recipes\/category-a-b\/beer\/us-craft-beer-showcase-hits-uk-the-brewers-journal\/"},"modified":"2025-03-18T16:58:57","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T16:58:57","slug":"us-craft-beer-showcase-hits-uk-the-brewers-journal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=141997","title":{"rendered":"US craft beer showcase hits UK \u2013 The Brewers Journal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Four revered US craft breweries \u2013 Allagash Brewing Co, Hudson Valley Brewery, Other Half Brewing Co and Magnify Brewing \u2013 are visiting the UK next week for a unique showcase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The three-day, multi-city event will take over some of the best craft beer venues in London and Manchester, offering UK-rare, world-class US craft beers.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Brewers\/brewery representatives will travel from the States to pour their creations and connect with beer enthusiasts in the ultimate Meet the Brewer\/Tap Takeover experience.\u00a0 Expect a diverse selection of highly acclaimed IPAs, hazy\/juicy IPAs, fruited sours, a witbier and a stout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The Showcase is being spearheaded by the Brewers Association, the not-for-profit trade association representing small and independent American craft brewers, and curated in partnership with Crafted Exports, a leading USA craft beer exporter and brand builder, and the UK\u2019s specialist beer importer since 1979 \u2013 Cave Direct.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Lotte Peplow, Brewers Association American Craft Beer Ambassador for Europe, explained: \u201cThe UK is an important export market for US craft beer, accounting for the third largest global destination. \u00a0 <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cMany of the US craft beers pouring in London\/Manchester are award-winning examples of their style and the American Showcase Tour is a fitting tribute to the creativity, craftmanship and brewing excellence that defines American craft beer. \u00a0 <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cOur goal is to connect with British beer lovers and demonstrate exactly what makes American craft beer so highly sought-after, to ensure it remains top-of-mind and reinforces the UK\u2019s position as a leading export market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Neil Kitching, managing director of Cave Direct added: \u201cBringing world-class American breweries to the UK has always been a core part of what we do at Cave Direct. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cThe American Showcase Tour is an incredible opportunity to highlight some of the most exciting breweries in the U.S.\u2014Other Half, Allagash, Hudson Valley, and Magnify\u2014all of whom are pushing the boundaries of modern brewing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cWe\u2019re passionate about making these exceptional beers more accessible to UK drinkers and supporting venues that share our love for high-quality craft beer.
