The arcade industry is coming together for another trade show event, and this time it is Amusement Expo 2025<\/a>. Held every year in March as Spring starts, Amusement Expo International (AEI) usually happens in Las Vegas, with this year being no exception. The educational\/seminar side of the show starts today (March 17th), while the trade show portion with various manufacturers showing off their latest products is on the 19th & 20th. I will be there to document and play these new games, but to help those who are also going \u2013 or if you\u2019re not able to be there and are interested in seeing what\u2019s up \u2013 here\u2019s the preview.<\/p>\n This is focused on what we know, thanks to prior announcements and information passed along to us with permission to publicize it. That said, there\u2019s always the possibility of some surprises that we\u2019ll only know about once the show has started. If you\u2019d like to digest all of this in video form instead, there will also be a full rundown streamed and available on our YouTube channel tomorrow morning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As a quick note before it all, exA-Arcadia had originally planned on being there, but due to a major conflict with the show\u2019s contractor, they are not attending. I will however be working with them to demonstrate at least some of their upcoming new games through another means.<\/p>\n As always, we\u2019ll start with our sponsors and what they will have at Amusement Expo 2025. Our sincere thanks to their support of the site, which helps \u201ckeep the lights on\u201d. We\u2019re also looking into some things that will cost money to get the site to operate better, but stay tuned on that front.<\/p>\n The US debut of Angry Birds Boom!<\/em> and some updates to existing games aside, last IAAPA was a relatively quiet one for Raw Thrills compared to previous years. For AEI though, they are coming out in full force on much of Betson\u2019s booths (#227, 134, 1712, and 226) with the industry launch for Top Gun Maverick<\/em><\/a>, the first aircraft arcade game that they and Play Mechanix have made.
