There, you can now set an app like Google Maps or Waze as your default navigation app on the iPhone by opening the Settings app and tapping Apps \u2192 Default Apps \u2192 Navigation.<\/p>\n<p>Apple made this change <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2024\/11\/04\/ios-18-4-default-maps-translate-apps-in-eu\/\">in response to the EU\u2019s Digital Markets Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This one seems kind of spiteful.
