The old name is still visible on the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n<p>That won\u2019t be the case for long, as owner <strong>Dimitri<\/strong> is planning significant renovations. And his plans sound promising: the interior will resemble that of <strong>Glitch Bakery<\/strong>, and in addition to coffee, snacks, and sourdough, <strong>natural wine<\/strong> will also be on the menu. And the name? After the renovation, it will be changed to <strong>Glitch Bakery<\/strong><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>\u2014number<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0two<\/strong>, to be precise.<\/p>\n<h2>Menu and Dishes at Glitch Pop-Up<\/h2>\n<p>Before the renovation,\u00a0<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">there was plenty of delicious food at\u00a0<strong>Glitch Pop-Up Amsterdam<\/strong>. They serve coffee from\u00a0<strong>Lot 61<\/strong>, and <\/span>sweet treats from <strong>Glitch Bakery<\/strong> are also available at this new branch. The <strong>matcha blueberry cake<\/strong> is a hit, but the <strong>cardamom buns<\/strong> are also a <strong>must-try<\/strong>. And let\u2019s not forget the <strong>sourdough toasties<\/strong>, made with their sourdough. Residents can also order whole loaves if they place their order a day in advance.<\/p>\n<p>After the renovation, the <strong>daytime offerings<\/strong> will remain the same, but\u00a0<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">plenty of new\u00a0<strong>bites<\/strong> will<\/span>\u00a0pair with wine.
