Carrot cake oats \ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0d<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Sweet and spicy and everything a carrot cake should be but #refinedsugarfree #vegan #glutenfree but in a bowl and healthy enough for breakfast !<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd5550g gluten free oats<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd55200ml soya milk<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd551 large carrot, peeled and grated .<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd551 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd551\/4 tsp ground ginger .<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd55pinch nutmeg .<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd551 tbsp @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd551 tbsp sultanas .<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd55\ud83e\udd55put all ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil, heat on a simmer for 6 minutes until thick and creamy .<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd55\ud83e\udd55serve in 2 @bamboo_bamboo.uk bowls .<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Literally the nicest porridge I\u2019ve ever had! I\u2019ve seen this idea on IG a few times and have been desperate to try it myself \ud83d\ude0d it is SO GOOD! Give it a go guys!
