<\/figure>\nThere\u2019s always a lot happening in the Columbus restaurant world! Here\u2019s the latest:<\/p>\n

- The owners of Big Apple Breakfast Co.<\/a> announced that it will be closing on March 30. The New York City-style sandwich shop has been operating out of the Worthington Pizza Primo since late 2022, featuring a variety of sandwiches, French toast sticks, coffee, and other eats.<\/li>\n
- Orale Guey Mexican Caf\u00e9, Bar, and Grill<\/a> soft opened last week at 3415 E. Broad St., in the former Zorba\u2019s Diner\/Block\u2019s Bagels<\/a> space. The family-run business originally started as a food truck, which continues to operate on the east side. The new cafe is currently open serving Mexican breakfast and lunch dishes from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/li>\n
- Mardi Gras Homemade Ice Cream<\/a> reopens for the season this Saturday, March 15. The ice cream shop, which has earned national acclaim for its international flavors, is located at 1947 Hard Rd.<\/li>\n
- Dawn\u2019s Fish & Chicken<\/a>, which recently shuttered its new Gahanna location due to building issues, announced on social media this week that it\u2019s moving into the former Little Palace space at 240 S. Fourth St. downtown.<\/li>\n
- A new Palestinian restaurant called Al Manakeesh<\/a> opens this Saturday, March 15 at 6181 Sawmill Rd. #A in Dublin.<\/li>\n
- Rockmill Brewery<\/a> announced a permanent partnership with Backcountry BBQ<\/a>. The barbecue joint has appeared regularly at the brewery prior, but now they\u2019ll be available any time the brewery is open.<\/li>\n
- The owners of Golden China<\/a> at 1926 Brice Rd. in Reynoldsburg announced on their website that they closed permanently as of March 1. The restaurant had been open since 1994.<\/li>\n
- Multiple sources have reported that Bareburger<\/a> is taking over the shuttered Melt space at Easton. The space is located at 4206 Worth Ave. This would join the Bareburger location in the Short North across from the Convention Center.<\/li>\n
- Next Monday is St. Patrick\u2019s Day! Make sure you celebrate by enjoying an Irish breakfast<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- On Friday, March 21, Weiland\u2019s Market hosts a Single Mingle<\/a>. The after-hours event includes drinks, tastings, and live music.<\/li>\n
- Tickets are still available to\u00a0Columbus Monthly<\/em>\u2018s Best New Restaurants 2025<\/a>\u00a0showcase on Thursday, March 25. Held at The Stack at the Municipal Light Plant, the event will feature samples from the winning restaurants and cocktails from Noble Cut Distillery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
